BEFORE WE START
Before your two weeks begin, you'll complete your upfront client work — a guided intake process where you share your brand details, your goals, your photos, and your copy. This is how we hit the ground running on day one.
Your website is built on The Glow Base — a custom-designed Showit framework I created specifically for health, beauty, and wellness businesses. Think of it like a skincare base layer: it handles the structure so we can focus on making it feel 100% yours. It won't look like a template. It won't look like anyone else's website. It's the foundation that makes the magic possible in two weeks.

WEEK ONE
On Monday we will have a one hour strategy call. It's a chance to set the tone for the week, dive into strategy, direction, and goals using my GLOW Framework.
Then this is my build week. I take everything you shared during your prep work and our strategy call to bring your website to life. You'll get a peek mid-week to make sure we're aligned, and I'll make adjustments before the full reveal at the end of the week.

WEEK TWO
You review. You give feedback. We do a round of revisions together until it's exactly right. Then at the end of the week, we do your Website Launch Party! This is a dedicated session where I walk you through your new site and get you ready to share it everywhere. If handling the tech isn't your thing, don't worry, I have options for you too.

Q: Do I have to have copy written before we start?
A: You don't have to have it perfectly polished, but you do need a solid draft. I'll give you a copy prep guide when you book that walks you through exactly what each page needs. If writing really isn't your thing, ask about the copywriting add-on.
Q: What if I need more than 5 pages?
A: We can absolutely add pages. Please let me know during our discovery call and I'll give you a quote. It may extend the timeline slightly depending on the scope.
Q: What platform is this built on?
A: Your website is built on Showit. It's my favorite drag-and-drop platform that gives you full visual control once I hand it over. It's the platform I recommend for health, beauty, and wellness businesses because it's gorgeous on desktop AND mobile, and you don't need to know how to code a single thing to maintain it.
Q: I already have a website. Can you just redesign what I have?
A: Yes, with a bit of a catch. We'll still start from The Glow Base rather than rebuilding what you currently have. This keeps the timeline tight and ensures you get a cohesive, strategically designed result rather than a patch job on something that wasn't working in the first place.
Q: What do I need to have ready before we start?
A: Professional (or high-quality phone) photos of yourself and your space, a list of your services and prices (if you share them publicly), your logo and brand colors if you have them, and a general sense of your vibe and who you serve. I'll send a full prep checklist when you book.
Q: How far out are you booking?
A: Availability changes often since I work with one client at a time. Check the booking calendar for current open start dates, or reach out directly.
